Any arg produces this usage information:

USAGE:
Please insure that your version of gdi32.dll has md5 checksum of ...
Copy gdi32.dll to gdi32.dl2 and then run this utility with no arguments.
The md5 checksum of gdi32.dl2 after use should be ...
Back up your gdi32.dll, boot DOS and copy gdi32.dl2 to gdi32.dll, reboot.
If the old gdi32.dll keeps 'coming back' you might need to work around WFP.
If you want to 'uninstall', boot to DOS and restore your original gdi32.dll
